Palak Bhajiya is a very famous snacks which you get everywhere in Mumbai street. This is one of the best, quick and delicious pakoda recipe which is made of gram flour (besan) and other spices.

Ingredients needed for Palak Bhajiya
- Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
- Ginger – 1 tbsp (grated)
- Green chili – 2 tbsp (finely Chopped)
- Water – for mixing
- Spinach Leaves – 2 Cup (roughly chopped)
- Oil – as much required for deep fry
- Turmeric – a pinch
Preparation Method
- Mix Gram flour (besan), red chilli powder, ginger, green chili, spinach leaves and a pinch of turmeric in a big bowl.
- Now make thick consistent mixture by adding water little by little
- Heat the oil in pan on medium high flame; put the mixture with the help of spoon in the hot oil
- Serve it with green chutney, tomato ketchup or tamarind sweet and sour chutney.
