Jini Dosa Recipe | Khau Galli Ghatkopar Style Dosa Recipe

Jini Dosa Recipe is one of the most favorite Mumbai street foods, which is very unique and refreshing in taste.

Ingredients needed for Jini Dosa

Tomato-Garlic Chutny Ingredients
- Tomato - 2 (medium sized finely chopped)
- Garlic – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Green chili – 2 tbsp (Finely Chopped)
- Water – ¼ Cup
Other Ingredients
- Dosa batter – 1 Cup
- Onion - ½ (chopped)
- Butter – 6 tbsp
- Capsicum – ½ (Sliced)
- Cabbage – 5 large tbsp
- Tomato – 1 (Chopped)
- Tomato garlic chutney – 4 tbsp (recipe above)
- Coconut Chutney – 4 tbsp
- Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
- Cheese Cubes – 4
- Salt – As per your taste
- Masala – 1 Cup

Preparation Method:
- Sprinkle a little water on the medium hot griddle (it should sizzle immediately) and wide off using a piece of cotton cloth.
- Pour the batter on the griddle and spread in a circular motion.
- Put 1 tbsp of butter in the centre of dosa, add chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum and tomatoes, mix well and cover and cook it on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato-garlic chutney (1 tbsp), masala (¼ cup), coconut chutney (1 tbsp), chilli powder (½ tbsp), garam masala (¼ tbsp), salt and grate cheese cube (½) and mash well.
- Add more butter (½ tbsp) and grate remaining cheese cube, mix well and cover and cook on a medium flame for a minute.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dosa, roll it on griddle itself and cut into 3-4 parts.
- Serve hot with green garlic chutney, coconut chutney and sambhar.
