Simple Mixed Fruit Custard Recipe

Fruit Custard is one of the best mouth watering desserts, which is loved by all age group. Learn how to make simple, delicious and healthy mixed fruit custard with this easy recipe.

How to make Mixed Fruit Custard

Ingredients needed for Mixed Fruit Custard
- Custard powder (Vanilla flavor) - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 500 ml & 3-4 tbsp for mixing custard powder
- Sugar - 50 grams or as per your taste
- Mix fruits - anything of your choice
- Dry Fruits for garnishing dessert
- Cardamom Powder- 1 tbsp

Preparation Method

- Boil 500 ml milk, add sugar to it.
- Mix 3 tbsp of Vanilla custard powder with 3-4 tbsp of milk and make a smooth paste without any lumps. Your custard paste is all set.
- Put the custard paste into the boiling milk and cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick.
- Add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
- After it comes to room temperature, refrigerate it. Once it cools, it will become a little thick.
- Cut fruits of your choice into medium sized pieces. You can use any seasonal fruits or mixed fruits. Avoid watermelon as it oozes water.

- Before serving, arrange the fruits in a bowl or cup and pour cold custard on top of it.
- Put dry fruits on top of the mixed fruit Custard.
- Serve Chilled.
